Key Responsibilities: Take full responsibility for the daily running and organisation of your designated room. Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s development across all areas of the EYFS. Provide guidance and mentorship to other practitioners, promoting consistency and best practice. Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and external professionals to support individual needs. Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS compliance at all times. What We’re Looking For: A minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification. An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one). Proven experience in an early years setting, ideally with previous leadership or supervisory responsibilities. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development. Confident leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and support others.
