Elliot Scott Group are looking for Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment in the warehouse. This role will require keen observation skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.
Duties:
· Monitor those entering and leaving the secure areas of the warehouse
· Complete all mandatory ID checks
· Challenge unknown or unbadged individuals when they are coming in and out of the warehouse
· Maintain detailed reports of activities, incidents and observations for record keeping purposes
· Ensure compliance with TSA Regulations regarding facility access and cargo handling.
· Follow guidelines for escorting and or identifying personally owned vehicles within the secure areas
· Visually monitor activity within controlled areas
· Challenge unauthorized individuals found with in controlled areas according to established procedures.
Requirements
As this is a role based at Gatwick Airport, you will need to have and to go through the following:
* Valid right to work documentation (Passport, Residence Permit, Visa, EU Settlement status)
* Proof of national insurance
* Proof of home address
* Able to provide 5 year referencing history
* DBS check
Shifts
Rotational shift timing 0700-1900, 1900-0700
Shift Pattern 4 on 4 off
Pay £12.21 per hour. Overtimes available.
