Engineering Delivery Manager East Sussex Circa £80,000 + benefits Hybrid Working - 3-days on-site We are partnering with a global defence and technology leader to recruit an Engineering Delivery Manager for high‑profile avionics computing programme based in East Sussex. This is a key role within a fast‑growing organisation that is experiencing significant success and long‑term demand across its portfolio. In this position, you will take ownership of the engineering development and delivery for a complex, multi‑disciplinary programme deployed across a broad range of aircraft platforms. You will guide engineering activities across hardware, software, firmware and systems disciplines, ensuring technical excellence and on‑time delivery for critical defence customers. Key Skills: Proven experience as an Engineering Delivery Manager, Project Lead Engineer or similar role, leading multi‑discipline engineering teams spanning Systems, Hardware and Software. Strong track record of delivering technically complex engineering projects. Background in defence, aerospace or other complex engineering environments.
