Location: Hybrid (typically 2 days per week in Watford) We’re looking for a detail-oriented, technically confident CRM Executive to support the day-to-day delivery of high-quality, data-driven customer communications at Medivet. This role will play a key part in the tactical execution of CRM activity, from email builds, updating full email programme with new dynamic design, campaign set-up right through to audience segmentation and reporting. You’ll be supporting to bring lifecycle journeys, campaigns, and service-level communications to life across email, SMS, and direct mail. What You’ll Do: · Build, test and deploy CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail, ensuring they are accurate, error-free, and delivered on time · Work as part of the CRM and Customer Data team to define and pull targeted customer segments for each campaign, using behavioural, lifecycle and demographic data · Run thorough pre-send testing on all email campaigns, including inbox rendering, device testing, and dynamic content checks · Compile performance reports post-campaign to support senior stakeholders with actionable insights and the commercial performance of CRM · Support in building dashboards or recurring reports in platforms like GA4 and Microsoft Dynamics What You’ll Bring: · Extensive CRM or email marketing experience, ideally within a B2C, customer-facing business · Adept user of Google Analytics (GA4) and/or email reporting platforms · Strong experience building and deploying email campaigns via a CRM platform · Comfortable working with HTML/CSS for email, using templates and editing code when needed. · Basic knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting using customer data Why Medivet Joining Medivet means becoming part of a nationwide community that puts care at the heart of everything we do.
