The home is designed to provide high-level, trauma-informed care and works closely with expert therapeutic practitioners. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive space where children and young people can heal and thrive, rooted in principles of connection before correction. This position is based in Worksop and involves a shift pattern of 2 on, 4 off, including every other weekend. The hourly rate is £16.00 per hour, based on a 160-hour month, with additional sleep-in payments of £70.00 per sleep-in.
