About the Role: You’ll be working within the Key Stage 1 team, providing essential classroom support to the teacher and children. Your role will include supporting learning activities, helping manage behaviour, and encouraging positive social interaction to create a nurturing and productive classroom environment. The Ideal Candidate: Experience in KS1 is desirable, but not essential You must have experience working with or supporting children in a professional or voluntary capacity (e.g., in schools, nurseries, youth work, etc.) A positive, proactive and flexible attitude Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping young learners succeed This is a long-term, full-time position with an immediate or flexible start date for the right candidate.
