We are proud to be working with this integrated agency based in York, as due to an exciting growth period they are looking for a strategically driven Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join the team.

About the role...
As an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, being their first point of contact for the agency and leaving a lasting positive impression. You'll manage a portfolio of key clients, overseeing briefs right from the get go- take them, interpret them and wrangle them into shape, providing action plans for all internal teams involved. You'll really thrive managing complex projects, keeping timelines running smoothly, whilst anticipating and handling any issues that might arise
Working closely with internal creative teams, you'll ensure that all work is brought to life on time, to budget and blowing away client expectations. With your finger on the pulse of the industry, you'll be able to bring innovative and proactive ideas to the table for your clients, pushing the boundaries of what a great campaign can achieve.
About you...
The right person will be an experienced, commercially minded Account Manager or Senior Account Manager- ideally with hands on experience in shopper marketing, retail display, POS activation, or experiential marketing. Working on large scale retail/shopper campaigns- from briefing right through to installation in high profile retail environments.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple projects while keeping a sharp eye on detail, deadlines, and results. Commercially savvy, you bring a strategic mindset to everything you do and are confident in making decisions that drive value for both the client and the agency. You understand what makes campaigns successful and are always looking for new opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen partnerships.
With your blend of account/ project management expertise, relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach, you're ready to take ownership and make a real impact from day one.
