Admissions AdministratorYou will support the Admissions Team with the recruitment and admission of pupils to the Junior and Senior School.The working environment is fast-paced and varied with the postholder being an integral part of the Team and wider school community.Experience & SkillsYou will have excellent interpersonal skills, be detailed focused and work effectively in a team.You are expected to possess the following:Previous experience working within a busy administrative environment.Good IT skills including knowledge of Office 365 and ideally CRM systems or the ability to learn new systems quickly.Strong communications skills with ability to establish and maintain relationships through email, Teams, telephone and face to face contact.Good attention to detail.Ability to write with accuracy and summarise information for a range of different audiences.Proven organisational skills together with the ability to manage conflicting priorities often within tight timescales.An ability to build relationships with people at all levels within an organisation.Refer to the Job Description below for full details on the post.This is a full-time role, over 52 weeks per annum. Anticipated start date last week of July 2025.
