Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Territory Business Managers to join a leading global healthcare organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting the launch and growth of an innovative biologic therapy within Immunology.
Reporting into a Regional Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping local account strategy, driving business performance, and supporting healthcare professionals to improve outcomes for patients living with chronic immunological conditions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Territory & Account Leadership
* Develop, implement, and own a territory business plan aligned with local NHS priorities.
* Lead cross-functional planning and execution with regional, medical, and access colleagues.
* Navigate and engage key hospital accounts and ICS structures to maximise business impact.
Customer Engagement & Sales Delivery
* Achieve/exceed sales targets and new patient start goals.
* Engage customers through a mix of face-to-face meetings, calls, and digital interactions.
* Identify high-value business opportunities and convert them into measurable growth.
Expertise & Collaboration
* Build deep knowledge of the immunology therapy area and competitor landscape.
* Support HCP capability development and foster long-term customer relationships.
* Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure optimal customer support.
Integrity & Compliance
* Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and full compliance in all activities.
