The one who can gently shift frustration into focus. A calm, steady presence in a classroom that can sometimes feel anything but. This isn't about simply supporting from the sidelines. You'll be a key part of the environment that helps students feel safe enough to learn. You'll work with pupils with a range of additional needs; autism, ADHD, SEMH both 1:1 and in small groups. Some days will feel structured and predictable. Others won't. Both are part of the role.
