Good organisation skills Strong attention to detail Preparing client meeting packs ie: Fact finds/New business /Reviews Dealing effectively with queries from clients and other parties through effective communication. Prepare new business files, with the use of an external paraplanner Comfortable using templated suitability Letters ie: Annual Review/Tax Free Cash & New Business. Process new business in line with SJP compliance guidelines Maintain accurate records of all client contact Dealing with general client enquiries Provide an excellent level of customer service to practice clients Excellent telephone manner Provide client/adviser support in relation to existing clients needs including but not limited to preparing valuations, withdrawals, deceased clients, change of address, Illustrations and Critical Yield Calculations.
