As a Cleaning Manager you'll:
1. Manage the delivery of cleaning services (GMP and non-GMP) at site level, ensuring outstanding service delivery and compliance with business operations, health, and safety requirements.
2. Oversee, coach, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to achieve high performance and exceptional client satisfaction.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships with Pfizer stakeholders, leading by example to promote positive engagement.
4. Ensure operational, financial, and compliance targets are consistently met or exceeded, delivering against KPIs and SLAs.
