A Tier 1 Legal 500 law firm with a market-leading reputation in healthcare law is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to its well-established Healthcare Regulatory team in Manchester.
Working with high-profile clients across the healthcare sector, you will manage a high-quality caseload of complex regulatory matters including inquests, professional discipline, public inquiries, and data protection issues. You will also play a key role in client relationship management and support wider business development efforts.
The Role
* Run a varied caseload of regulatory matters: inquests, disciplinary proceedings, public inquiries, CQC issues, and statutory regulator defence (GMC, GDC, GPhC, NMC, etc.)
* Assist with business development strategy and sector growth in Manchester
* Mentor and supervise junior lawyers within a collaborative team
* Meet billing targets while maintaining high standards of service

* Senior Associate with solid healthcare regulatory experience
* Commercially astute and driven to grow a practice
* Strong advocacy and advisory skills with an interest in client development
* Ambitious, collaborative and ready for a new challenge
