Role Summary

Devon Sexual Health Torbay, based at Castle Circus Health Centre in Torquay, is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to support the administrative functions of the sexual health service (Genitourinary Medicine, Contraceptive Services and HIV).

The role is to provide effective reception cover and support to the Sexual Health team, which includes answering the appointments phone line, booking appointments, greeting patients face to face and inputting data accurately into the sexual health electronic patient record system (Inform). The post holder will be required to provide reception cover primarily at Castle Circus Health Centre in Torquay, as well as any peripheral clinics within the Torbay & Teignbridge area as and when introduced. The post requires flexibility as the hours will be variable over the week and will involve evening and possible weekend working.

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday 7.5 hours per day with variable start and finish times.
