Planning Administrator
Hybrid working 2 days per week in our Dundee office and home working
Permanent, Full time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary circa £24,638 to £25,972 plus brilliant benefits including a Health Cash Plan

Are you a skilled Administrator, looking for a new role with a great employer? Join us at Home Group and be part of our Maintenance team. You’ll provide excellent desk top administrative support to our maintenance teams, keeping systems up to date, driving productivity and providing brilliant customer service.
What you’ll do
1. Ensuring our systems have accurate, real-time information including maintenance works required on our customers’ homes
2. Responding to customer, colleague, and supplier enquiries that come into our inboxes, and responding to telephone queries
3. Using our works order management and other systems to ensure all materials, equipment and subcontractor orders are updated
4. Ensuring our trade operatives know each day what they need to do, where they need to be and have the right materials to complete their allocated jobs
5. Highlighting where job volumes exceed available resources so we can take appropriate action

You have
6. Previous administration experience, working in a fast-paced Repairs and Maintenance team
7. Good knowledge of and able to use workforce planning systems
8. An eye for detail (let’s hope you spot no typos here), great at organising, planning, meeting deadlines and able to handle lots of different tasks!
9. A flexible approach, able to use own initiative and judgement
10. Able to use technology and online systems
The practical bits
11. Monday to Friday
12. This is a hybrid role meaning that you'll work from home 3 days per week, as well as our office in Dundee 2 days
13. You will occasionally be asked to visit various local offices or depots when training and meetings are required
14. Working hours are typically 8.00 am to 16.00 pm, but we are flexible around this and happy to discuss other patterns
