This role is based within the Property Management & Investment service, where you'll support the management, maintenance, and compliance of the Councilâs housing assets. You will help officers with a range of administrative tasks linked to housing projects, safety checks and ongoing compliance work.\nThis is a great opportunity to learn, build confidence, and develop practical business and administration skills while working in a professional office environment.\n Customer service skills, problem solving skills, time management, organisational skills amongst others. Three National 4 qualifications, or equivalent, one must be in English. Relevant knowledge and/or experience gained through education, voluntary or part time work. Written and verbal communication skills required, ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team, take and follow instructions and be motivated and enthusiastic.
