As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and driven E-Commerce Executive to join our on-site team and play a key role in delivering our festive marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of our e-commerce website and Amazon and eBay stores, ensuring products, categories, and content are optimised, updated and accurate
* Upload and maintain product listings, including imagery, descriptions, and metadata across all channels
* Optimise product pages and user experience to increase conversion rates and support seasonal campaign goals
* Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align website content with promotional calendars and launches
* Create and manage enriched product display pages that elevate the customer experience to improve conversion
* Monitor and analyse website performance, traffic, and sales using Google Analytics and heatmapping tools
* Comfortable using the Shopify theme editor to make on-site changes and implement layout updates
* Assist in implementing SEO best practices across the site, including metadata, image optimisation, and internal linking
* Support customer journey improvements, from homepage merchandising to checkout optimisation
* Stay on top of e-commerce trends and competitor activity to suggest improvements and innovations
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in an e-commerce or digital merchandising role, ideally in a fast-paced retail or seasonal business
* Familiarity with Shopify
* Experience managing listings on eBay and Amazon, with an understanding of platform-specific optimisation
* A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of UX and website functionality
* Skilled in Google Analytics, SEO principles, and content management systems
* Confident using the Shopify theme editor and comfortable making basic front-end adjustments
* Strong organisational and time management skills – able to prioritise in a deadline-driven environment
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams including marketing, content, and operations
* A proactive mindset with a passion for e-commerce and delivering a premium online customer experience
