A globally recognised interior design studio, celebrated for creating luxury hospitality and residential spaces around the world, is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join its London headquarters. With over four decades of design excellence, this is an exciting opportunity to support the growth of a creative, fast-paced, and highly collaborative practice. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of organisation, communication, and high-quality client delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Logging new leads, RFIs, RFPs, and PQQs into CRM systems and supporting the smooth flow of enquiries.
* Monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring prompt internal distribution of opportunities.
* Scheduling internal meetings, coordinating input from creative and project teams, and managing timelines for proposal submissions.
* Flagging unusual proposal terms and coordinating reviews with relevant stakeholders.
* Compiling proposal content, including company information, team bios, case studies, and project imagery.
* Formatting, proofing, and finalising high-quality submission documents using Microsoft Office and PowerPoint templates.
* Maintaining accurate records of all submissions and tracking their progress.
* Supporting the upkeep of portfolio materials, CVs, case studies, image libraries, and pitch presentations.
* Keeping CRM data up to date, managing contact lists, and generating pipeline or opportunity reports for business development meetings.
Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Acrobat is advantageous.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is desirable but not essential.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, work well under pressure, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
