What you’ll be doing
1. Accountable: Works under general direction within a clear framework of accountability - has responsibility for delivering and implementing aspects of security solutions for GSS customers
2. Accountable: Plans own work in-line with general direction to meet given objectives and processes
3. Accountable: Responsible for resolving incidents and service requests in line with SLAs to enable continued system operation
4. Accountable: To form part of an out-of-hours on-call rota when required
5. Leadership: Identifies and communicates opportunities that assist with setting technical direction, with respect to best practice for domains of operation.

11. Unix / Linux (RedHat) management / Sys Admin- (managing server storage, investigating logs etc.)

15. Windows domain management- (i.e. AD / Group Policy)
16. Industry-relevant IT service management experience
