Job Title: Serious Injury Litigator

Wakefield (Hybrid Working)
Salary:
Up to £50,000 depending on experience
Contract:
Full or Part Time, Permanent
Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
1. Handling a range of multi-track personal injury claims, typically RTA, valued between £25,000 and £100,000.
2. Conducting case reviews under supervision, overseeing the full case cycle from start to conclusion.
3. Liaising with key stakeholders throughout the claim journey such as solicitors, defendants, council, and clients.
