The Role
You will take full responsibility for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload, delivering a high‑quality, client‑focused service while contributing to the firm’s continued growth and reputation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Independently managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
* Providing clear, practical and commercially minded legal advice
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating conveyancing documentation
* Building and maintaining strong, long‑term client relationships
* Supporting business development, referrals and networking activity
* Playing an influential role in the strategic development of the firm
This position suits a motivated conveyancer who values autonomy, quality work and the opportunity to shape how a business evolves.
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor (Level 6) or equivalent
* Minimum 4 years’ post‑qualification experience in residential conveyancing
* Strong technical ability and excellent case‑management skills
* Confident working independently with minimal supervision
* Commercially aware with a client‑first mindset
* Proactive, entrepreneurial and committed to long‑term growth
