This is a part-time post, looking for someone to work 9-5pm, Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. We are a caring and responsive team; we welcome a positive and friendly applicant to join us. Advert Duties would include monitoring the team inbox, processing referrals, typing and sending correspondence, arranging appointments with the team, maintaining electronic diaries, managing room bookings, requesting information from GPs, taking and making telephone calls to patients/GPs/relatives, attending and minuting meetings, photocopying, stationery ordering, administering petty cash, health healthroster, covering building reception during leave.
