The Challenge…
10. Assist with the running of the parts department, helpingcustomers with their parts enquiries, and providing expert advice on commercial vehicle parts
11. Accurately identify parts using parts catalogues and industry systems
12. Process Orders, ensuring correct parts are supplied in a timely manner
13. Liaise with internal departments such as the workshop and external suppliers to source parts
14. Maintain stock levels, carry out inventory checks, and manage incoming deliveries.
15. Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, building strong client relationships
16. Keep up to date with the latest in product lines, technology, and industry trends.
17. Leadership, mentor and support the parts advisors.
The Day to Day:
18. 45 hours
19. Early: 06:00 – 15:30
20. Late: 10:00 – 20:00
21. Alternate Saturdays: 08:00 – 12:00 (paid at overtime)
What we’re looking for…
22. Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role, ideally within the commercial vehicles sector
23. Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles parts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer first attitude
24. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
25. Strong IT skills and experience using parts catalogues, stock management and ordering systems,
26. A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
27. Problem solving mindset with attention to detail
28. Natural ability to sell to customers
29. Self-motivated to work on own initiative
You’ll really hit the ground running if you have…
30. Experience working with the Renault Trucks or Isuzu Trucks product
31. Experience working within a Renault Trucks or Isuzu Trucks dealership.
32. Forklift Driver or HGV Drivers licence
