Experienced Office Administrator/Report Writer - Basildon, Essex
We are hiring a highly Meticulous Office Administrator/Report Writer for a key role within the Asbestos Industry in Basildon, Essex. This role is essential for document control and quality checking within a technical environment.
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum (DOE)
Type: Full-Time, Office-Based
Your Core Focus:
Report Production: Generate asbestos survey reports (Word/PDF) accurately and on time.
Quality Control: Rigorously quality check reports, analysis certificates, and site paperwork.
Coordination: Liaise with surveyors and contractors to resolve all documentation queries quickly.
Document Management: Handle precise filing, archiving, and electronic document control.
What You Need:
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF editing.
Strong communication and proven ability to meet deadlines.
GCSE Maths/English (4/5 or equivalent).
Desirable: Knowledge of the Asbestos Industry or relevant databases.
