Your day-to-day duties will include:
17. Greeting and engaging customers in a friendly, professional manner
18. Explaining repair and service processes clearly and transparently
19. Keeping customers informed about vehicle repairs and estimated completion times
20. Developing and maintaining comprehensive product knowledge through manufacturer-led training
21. Promoting additional services and repairs based on technician recommendations
22. Scheduling vehicle appointments efficiently and accurately
23. Confirming bookings through pre-appointment customer calls
24. Managing customer records accurately within company systems
The ideal Service Advisor will have:
25. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers and colleagues
26. Proven experience in a customer service environment, preferably within the automotive industry
27. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
28. Ability to identify customer needs and upsell services naturally
29. Previous target-driven experience demonstrating goal achievement
30. A valid UK driving licence
