Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows of residential and commercial properties are cleaned to the highest standards. This role requires effective communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driver's licence is essential for travelling to various job sites.
Responsibilities
* Clean windows using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions, ensuring a streak-free finish.
* Operate ladders and other equipment safely while adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
* Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
* Maintain equipment and supplies in good working order, reporting any issues as necessary.
* Provide exceptional service that promotes client satisfaction and encourages repeat business.
Experience
* Training will be provided.
* Strong command of English to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
* Proven ability to drive safely and efficiently between job sites.
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with clients.
* A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and improving service delivery.
