Mid-Level Product Manager
Location: Hybrid – 3 days/week in London office
Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per annum + benefits

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager with strong end-to-end product experience to take ownership of key digital products used across five European markets. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to shape the roadmap, drive delivery, and support the evolution of a suite of customer-facing and internal tools.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own, shape, and deliver product roadmaps across multiple digital products, ensuring they align with customer needs and business goals.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Technology, CX, and Commercial teams to gather insights and translate them into clear product requirements.
* Be embedded in delivery — managing backlogs, leading agile ceremonies, supporting testing, and enabling continuous feedback loops.
* Balance long-term strategic thinking with hands-on, iterative product improvements.
* Operate autonomously in a role where your decisions directly influence customer experience and business performance.
What We're Looking For
* Demonstrable experience delivering impactful digital products end to end.
* Strong strategic thinking, excellent problem-solving skills, and solid data literacy.
* Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-moving environment where priorities shift and you’ll occasionally wear multiple hats (PM, product owner, delivery lead).
* Someone who excels in a mid-sized, dynamic business and enjoys being empowered to make a real impact.
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
* Experience working with automation, AI-driven features, or low/no-code platforms.
* Background collaborating with customer service or operational teams to understand real-world user needs.
* Ambition to scale their role as the product function grows.
