To provide high quality, responsive, and coordinated administrative support to the Leicestershire Recovery College. Working collaboratively with various teams, partner organisations, and external agencies to ensure accurate record-keeping and service provision based on need.
- To provide effective administrative support to ensure all enrolments are managed within an appropriate timescale.
- To provide a friendly and efficient Reception Service and ensure essential resources and equipment are maintained.
- To accurately use and maintain information systems within specified timescales.
- To deliver high-quality customer care, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to meet the needs of clients facing barriers to understanding and access to mental health services, via telephone, electronic communication, or face-to-face interactions.
- To develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- To provide and demonstrate high-quality customer care to all service users.
