We have a role based in Boston for an Administration Assistant. This role will be working Monday - Friday 8am - 2pm with half an hour for lunch.
The successful candidate will need to process sales orders, answer telephone calls, greet visitors and book in them in, as well as create paperwork for collections and deliveries, together with a variety of other administrative duties, as required.
The role will include:
Answering phones and forwarding calls to colleagues
Dealing with customers/visitors at the counter
Booking in collections and deliveries and arranging appropriate paperwork
Relaying site rules before anyone enters site
Answering emails from customers
Taking enquiries
Inputting orders
Organisation of general paperwork and filing
Support for Transport Team
The working hours will be 08.00 to 14.00 Monday to Friday
