Company Description
Context:
This role oversees the efficient operation of key procurement systems and workflows—including supplier onboarding, trade agreements, purchase requisitions and agreements, and engineering change/part parameter management—ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with global standards.
The role ensures the integrity and accuracy of procurement master data, particularly supplier pricing, across ERP platforms. This includes providing leadership to the Procurement Data Administrator and acting as a central liaison between procurement, finance, transformation teams, and site-level stakeholders to support both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
Job Description
If you have experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and want to grow beyond day‑to‑day transactions into process ownership, system integrity, and cross‑site collaboration, this role offers the perfect next step.
You'll work at the centre of procurement, finance, and data operations — helping ensure supplier data is accurate, accessible, and working effectively across multiple international sites. While this role assumes prior D365 exposure, it still offers strong support, mentoring, and the opportunity to broaden your impact.
What You'll Be Doing
Using your existing D365 knowledge, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and improving procurement and supplier data processes. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and approving supplier, employee, and intercompany vendor records in D365, including duplicate resolution within the Global Address Book
* Overseeing supplier creation, maintenance, and approval across multiple sites (DE03, UK03, UK06, UK08, SA02)
* Supporting invoice queries, financial dimension issues, and system bugs within D365
* Addressing trade agreement discrepancies and access‑related issues
* Supporting newly onboarded factories, as well as established sites, with data, process, and access queries
* Collaborating with the Data team on reporting, analytics needs, standard cost updates, and data integrity controls
* Working with Finance and Global Transformation on surcharge processes and PO cleansing for D365 sites
* Supporting and resolving ServiceNow incidents, including supplier and partner access issues
* Helping design, improve, and embed systemised processes for supplier data transfer and ongoing ERP maintenance
* Providing line management and guidance to the Procurement Data Administrator as your experience grows
If you have D365 experience and are ready to grow your influence and confidence, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every requirement.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
* Experience in supplier lifecycle management and trade agreement processes
* Exposure to global procurement practices and multi-site coordination
* Experience of working in a procurement environment
