Responsibilities:
* Leading the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across international entities
* Business partnering with operational and commercial teams to drive performance
* Providing financial insight and analysis to support key decision-making
* Managing and mentoring junior staff members
* Supporting audit, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Experience required:
* Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
* Strong experience in management accounting within a fast-paced environment
* Commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
* International exposure or multi-entity experience preferred
* Proactive, analytical, and confident in presenting financial insight
