We are looking for someone to provide maternity cover for the Performance & Customer Insight Officer within the Governance Team for a period of 12 months.
You will be responsible for analysing performance and customer insight data to support decision making, you will lead on delivering agreed performance indicators and target reports and updates to the Board and other key stakeholders. This role is a varied and engaging opportunity that will require strong communication skills and data analytic abilities to support our customer focused performance indicators.
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate their skills and behaviours for the role in line with the role profile, including:
1. Experience in understanding, interpreting and interrogating complex data
2. Good attention to detail and good written, oral communication and presentation skills
3. Intermediate (to advanced) IT skills
4. Ability to work with others and develop positive relationships across the partnership and with other stakeholders
5. Time management and administrative skills
6. Knowledge of performance management software or business objectives would be ideal but not essential.
About Us The Governance Team is a small but integral part of SHP providing a wide range of services including Board and executive support, office management, information governance and performance management. This role will report to the Performance Analyst and support business in reporting and measuring KPI's / performance indicators. Our Offer To You
