Associate Architect
Epsom | £70,000–£80,000 DOE + Benefits
We’re working with a design-led practice looking to appoint an Associate Architect with a strong background in Life Science / Healthcare projects.
This is a key strategic hire, offering the opportunity to:
* Lead high-profile healthcare & life science schemes
* Bring and grow your existing client network
* Play a pivotal role in business development & project delivery
* Progress quickly to Equity Partner
What we’re looking for:
10+ years’ experience (non-residential focused)
Strong track record in frameworks & winning work
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
Knowledge of ISO standards, regs & H&S
AutoCAD proficiency (Revit desirable)
