We're on the hunt for a talented Volume Hiring Manager, you'll oversee volume recruitment across the UK in our Shared Services Hub.
Leading the team to ensure a seamless candidate experience and craft effective recruitment strategies, from candidate sourcing and attraction to meticulous screening and presentation of top-tier talent.
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, Operations Teams, and People team, you'll take proactive steps to address the business's evolving needs while actively contributing to the cultivation of a robust talent pipeline. Your pivotal role will not only ensure Merlin attracts and retains top-notch employees but also fosters a culture of continuous talent development and growth within the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment with clear metrics for success.
* Progressive recruitment experience with a focus on hourly paid positions.
* Proficiency in conducting effective interviews and identifying top talent.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
* Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills.
* Time management skills, and a keen sense of urgency.
* A collaborative mindset with a track record of working effectively within team environments.
