Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out all types of drainage work, including reactive unblocks and planned maintenance Performing CCTV surveys, drain repairs, and excavations Using mobile technology (smartphone/tablet) to manage workload and update job progress Ensuring all work meets company standards and health & safety guidelines Delivering excellent customer service at every stage ?? Qualifications & Experience Relevant drainage and/or plumbing qualifications (e.g., WJA, SADS, Confined Space, CSCS card for excavations) Proven drainage experience, including pipe and sewer inspections High Pressure Jetting experience Valid full UK driving licence Key Attributes: Confident communicator with strong customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
