We have a great opportunity for a Production Operative to join our client in Peterlee due to continued business growth.
Pay & Shifts:
* Pay: £12.50 per hour (rising to £13.25 after probation)
* Shifts: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
* Overtime: Available
The Role
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in keeping site operations running smoothly and safely.
Duties Include:
* Operating heavy plant machinery
* Adhering to strict health and safety procedures
* General housekeeping across the site
* Working closely with team members to maintain workflow
* Reacting to changes within the production process
* Using your own initiative to support operational efficiency
* Operating a Forklift Truck once trained
