A range of quality own‑brand and high‑street restaurants and cafés, mixed with great food, family‑friendly menus and excellent service, form the core of our Food & Beverage department. Approximately 350 team members work across nine restaurants, cafés, bars, and a production kitchen, supported by five concessionary units that include well‑known brands such as Bella Italia and Café Rouge.
In this role you will provide coaching and guidance to your team, ensuring guest satisfaction and financial targets are achieved. You will support back‑of‑house operations and work in a variety of units with different service styles and volumes. Strong communication skills are essential to proactively manage guest queries both within your unit and across the village.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements
* Ability to lead a team in a busy, fast‑paced environment
* Good level of computer literacy and analytical skills
* Previous supervisory experience at a similar level
* Excellent communicator
* Excellent organisational skills while working under pressure
Desirable Requirements
* Previous management experience in a large high‑volume organisation or venue
* Knowledge of financial targets and controls

Working straight shifts, you will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4‑week period, including weekends, on a flexible basis. Your hours will vary each week but you will always receive at least your contracted hours. As our village is open 365 days a year, your schedule will include public/bank holidays, Christmas and New Year on a rota basis.
