Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting for a Sous Chefs on behalf of our client based in Aldeburgh. The successful candidate will be leading the catering team, responsible for the preparation and serving of meals to customers in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure a high level of service in accordance with health and safety regulations and good housekeeping within the department.

Shifts
8. This position requires a flexible approach as you will be working a variety of mixed shift patterns including breakfast shifts and weekends.
Job Role
9. Responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen
10. Assist with the preparation of food
11. Ensure food is cooked and presented in a timely manner
12. Play an active part in staff training
13. Involvement with new menu items
14. Ensure all food and health and safety regulations are followed
15. Be fully conversant with food intolerances and allergen information and procedures.
16. Involved in the monthly stock take, ensuring all invoices/delivery notes are sent to accounts.
17. Working as a team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy.
Your Skills and Experience
18. Level 3 food hygiene certificate
19. Full driving license and access to your own vehicle
20. A positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to work
21. Excellent communication skills
22. Well presented
23. Basic Health and Safety certificates and qualifications
24. Experience working within fine dining and high end restaurants
