Wehave a vacancy for a Clinical Educator to work as part of the Education Team .
Thisexciting position gives the opportunity to design and deliver high qualitytraining and education to St Barnabas colleagues, as well as external audiencessuch as healthcare professionals across the wider healthcare system.
TheClinical Educator will work closely with a range of people, including StBarnabas senior clinicians, external education providers and clinical expertsto inform Trust practice. Whilst the role is predominantly clinically focused,you will also have the opportunity to be involved in the education delivery tonon-clinical colleagues in areas such as fundraising, retail and HR.

Asa Clinical Educator, you will have the opportunity to be visible right acrossthe Hospice, working alongside clinical colleagues and students on placement,allowing you to identify needs and shape the education programmes requiredwithin our Inpatient and community settings.
Main duties of the job
Qualifications and Experience:
Applicationsare welcome from candidates who are educated to degree level, hold aprofessional clinical registration and have significant experience working inpalliative and end of life care settings. Ideally, you will have a passion foreducation and experience in course design and delivery.
Hours:
hrs per week
Base:
Hawthorn Road, Lincoln but countrywide would be considered.
Salary:
£36,095 per annum (£21,656 pro rata).
