Salary: £28,000.00 - £35,000.00 per annum

We're looking for a dedicated Housing Officer to join our Operations team in Thames Valley. This is a dynamic role where you'll directly impact the lives of service users and ensure our properties are maintained to a high standard.
Candidates must have a full UK Driving License and access to their own vehicle.
What You'll Do:

Service User Support: Manage an allocated caseload (approx. 200-250 service users), conducting welfare checks and inductions, arranging transport, and signposting to essential services (doctors, schools, support agencies). Ensure health & safety and smooth move-on processes.

Property Management: Oversee effective property maintenance, conduct monthly inspections, report defects, manage inventory, and prepare properties for re-occupation or landlord hand-back. Perform minor repairs as needed and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with your team, line manager, and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and ensure all communications are timely. Provide 24-hour availability for significant emergencies.
