Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of complex offshore projects from handover to final completion
* Drive project performance across cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction
* Act as the technical and commercial focal point for clients, stakeholders, and third parties
* Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial, contractual, design, and schedule risks
* Define and manage project plans, including critical path and QA/QC requirements
* Ensure full compliance with QHSE standards and ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 frameworks
* Maintain accurate financial tracking, forecasting costs, and highlighting variances early
* Support bid and tender processes, contributing technical, operational, and commercial input
* Oversee procurement of materials and services to meet project timelines
* Mentor and develop junior engineers, supporting capability growth within the team
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and delivery gates are achieved
* Prepare and manage project documentation, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed specifications
Qualifications & Requirements
* Degree or HND/HNC in Engineering, Maths, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
* 5+ years experience in a similar project engineering role
* Proven success delivering complex engineering or offshore projects
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in financial forecasting and cost control
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
* Proficiency in MS Office tools
* Experience in offshore, subsea, or drilling environments (desirable)
* Project management certifications such as PRINCE2 or APM (desirable)
