Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst located in Billingham. The 1st Line Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring effective customer service. Day-to-day tasks include responding to tickets, diagnosing technical problems, offering effective solutions, and maintaining communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
