Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (depending on level and experience)
Owen Daniels are working with an established aerospace and defence manufacturing business based in Pershore is seeking a Quality Technician to join their quality team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regulated, precision-driven environment supplying critical components to leading aerospace and defence customers.
Responsibilities
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
* Carrying out manual inspection using verniers, micrometers, gauges, and other hand-held measuring equipment
* Goods-in inspection of raw materials and components
* Recording inspection results and maintaining accurate quality documentation
* Supporting non-conformance investigations and corrective actions
* Working closely with production and engineering teams to maintain quality standards
* Ensuring compliance with aerospace and defence quality requirements
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Quality Technician or Inspection role within manufacturing
* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and tolerances
* Confident using manual inspection equipment (verniers, gauges, micrometers, etc.)
* Experience with goods-in inspection processes
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
* Background in aerospace, defence, or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable
