Job Title: Multi Trader – Painting, Decorating & General Repairs
Location: Epsom Education Project
We’re seeking a reliable and experienced Multi Trader to join our team on a college project in Epsom. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone skilled in painting, decorating, and making good damaged areas, with additional capability across other general trades.
Key Responsibilities:
* Internal and external painting & decorating
* Making good surfaces after works (plaster patching, filling, sanding, etc.)
* Carrying out general repairs and minor multi-trade works
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment on a live education site
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a multi-trade role
* Strong finishing skills and attention to detail
* CSCS card preferred
* Own tools and PPE
* Good communication and a positive attitude
