Job Overview
We are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our community mental health services on a full-time or part-time basis. You will work with well-established multi-disciplinary teams, both operationally and strategically, to drive innovation and deliver excellent patient care.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Applicants should be registered medical practitioners with a CCT or equivalent, eligible for the Specialist Register within six months of interview. The post involves strategic and operational partnership with stakeholders, ensuring respectful treatment of service users, carers, and advocates. You will provide clinical leadership, develop your team, and advise on care delivery and strategic planning. The role includes ongoing patient care responsibilities and liaising with GPs, hospital, and community specialists.
