Your Role
You will work closely with students to support their communication, emotional well-being and engagement in learning.
This may include providing individualised assistance, helping students navigate routines, developing supportive relationships and encouraging positive participation in classroom and social activities.
The role requires someone who is patient, adaptable and able to build trust through consistency and understanding.

What We Require
Applicants must have a minimum of six months experience working with children or young people, ideally with experience supporting those with additional needs.
You will need to drive due to the school’s location. A calm manner, a willingness to learn and the ability to work as part of a supportive team are essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
