Senior Project Manager – VA
Salary: Circa £55,000
Location: Norwich or York

A bit about the job:
The Project Manageris responsible forthe successful delivery of defined Virtual Assistant (VA) projects within Aviva’s Change Framework.
The role focuses on planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder management to ensure delivery of agreed outcomes to time, cost, and quality.
The Project Manager works closely with business, digital, technology, data, and operational teams, as well as third‑party partners, to deliver agreed project milestones while managing risks, dependencies, and change impacts.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Proven experience delivering complex digital or technology projects.
* Strong knowledge of structured change and delivery frameworks with Digital/Agile delivery capability
* Excellent planning, organisation, and reporting skills.
* Confident stakeholder management across business and technology and experience working with third‑party suppliers and delivery partners.
* GenAI knowledge and awareness

* Salary: Circa £55,000 (depending on location, skills,experienceand qualifications)
