Your Role
You will take charge of day‑to‑day operations of set jobs, ensuring our projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:
* Scheduling tradesmen and apprentices
* Managing and training staff to improve efficiencies
* Ensuring quality workmanship through quality assurance checks
* Managing major projects, including scoping, planning, and budgeting
* Overseeing health & safety compliance
* Liaising with clients and maintaining strong relationships
* Refining current systems for greater efficiency
* Reporting, planning, and auditing
What We’re Looking For
* Experienced Project Manager or a qualified electrician with 7+ years of experience
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Practical mindset with the ability to think on your feet
* Excellent communication skills
* Pride in delivering top‑quality work
* Experience in a variety of electrical work
