The successful applicant will take responsibility for leading a team of carers, often as the only nurse on shift, ensuring that both clinical and personal care meet the highest standards. They will act as a role model and source of guidance, delivering and regularly reviewing care plans in partnership with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, while liaising effectively with GPs, hospitals, and external agencies. Key Responsibilities: Lead, guide and inspire a team of carers to deliver excellent person-centred care. Provide clinical leadership, ensuring medication, treatment and care plans are accurate and followed. Assess, monitor and re-evaluate care needs, ensuring a holistic approach for each resident.
