We're a fast-growing speciality coffee roastery, based in the Cotswold countryside, just outside of Cirencester. We work closely with our countrywide partners, predominantly independent coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, and food service groups to help them serve the highest quality coffee to their customers.
2024 was an exciting year for us, as we have taken on a new unit, doubling the size of our existing roastery, whilst significantly increasing the number of covers in our roastery coffee shop. We have also launched a new and exciting brunch offering.
The Role:
As a barista at Fire and Flow, your role is much more than just pulling shots—you're the heartbeat of our coffee bar. You'll be dialling in espresso, steaming milk to silky perfection, and building connections with regulars and first-time visitors alike. It's about precision, rhythm, and creating a welcoming atmosphere with every cup you serve.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Preparing consistently excellent coffee (and learning how to make it even better)
* Managing drink orders during busy periods with focus and flow
* Sharing knowledge with guests about our coffees and seasonal specials
* Keeping the bar clean, organised, and running smoothly
* Jumping in to support the wider team, whether that's food running or resetting tables
* Engaging with guests and creating genuine, memorable interactions
What We're Looking For:
* Someone who cares deeply about coffee and the customer experience
* A calm, focused presence even when things get busy
* A natural team player who brings positivity to each shift
* Barista experience is a big plus—but if you've got the passion, we'll teach you the rest
* Must be available for weekend shifts
